Labor Section

The Labor section keeps track of all pertinent information from your framing takeoff section and automatically registers it in the proper labor function categories.

Unit prices can be automatically assigned from a price table containing up to six different price levels.  You can also of course assign prices directly that aren't in the Price Table section if desired.  You can choose how to price individual labor functions, by square foot, lineal foot, quantity, or by a special price differentiation method.  Prices are extended along with hours rounding up in half hour increments, for each labor function, with sub totals for each section and totals at the end showing total cost and cost per square foot.  Burdon and non labor costs are automatically added into the total, as well as showing separately.

In addition, a Recap section is included, reflecting all separate plan, elevation, etc. labor costs and hours, with a consolidated totals section including labor cost tracking.
